Online Shopping Questions
1. How can I pay if I buy goods from your shop?
You can pay for your items either by Paypal or Personal cheque. Our preferred method is via Paypal as this allows us to despatch goods to you immediately, without waiting for cheques to arrive in the post or clear. Paypal is completely secure and allows you to create your own Paypal account very easily. This makes it easier to make payments to us or anyone else that accepts Paypal in the future - not typing in credit or debit card details, just enter your password and click to authorise the payment. You don't even need to create an account if you don't want to. Just type in your payment methods as normal and you're done. It's as easy as that. Paypal is owned by Ebay, and is one of the biggest electronic payment companies in the world so you can rest assured it is easy to use and completely safe.

Alternatively, we can accept cheques sent to us in the post. We will contact you to inform you that payment has arrived and let you know when your goods will be despatched. We reserve the right to wait until payment clears before we despatch your goods.
Please note, Get Fresh Cosmetics Ltd t/a Bomb Cosmetics will at no time store your credit card or payment details either electronically on the internet, or at our Head Office. All of these details are stored by Paypal Inc ensuring maximum security.
2. How long will delivery usually take
If you pay by Paypal, goods will be despatched the next working day after your order has been placed. Please note, if your Paypal payment is made by ECheque, this can take up to 10 days to clear and your order will be sent out once the payment has cleared.
You may select two delivery methods when placing your order:
1) Standard Delivery - £3.95 per delivery if under £25.00 value (after any promo codes or discounts have been taken off), or free for orders over £25. Delivery time for Standard Delivery is up to 3 working days. All standard deliveries are now sent by tracked courier.
2) TNT Next Day - £5.95 per delivery regardless of size. A signature is required for this type of delivery and a working day is counted as any day between Monday and Friday. Orders for next day delivery must be placed by 12.00pm. We cannot guarantee next day delivery for items that are out of stock at the time of ordering, but we will advise any shortages prior to despatch. We are unable to make deliveries on a Saturday, so if you order on a Friday, your delivery will be made on Monday.
If you pay by cheque, we reserve the right to wait until payment has cleared before despatching your goods. This may take up to 10 working days, although we may despatch immediately for regular customers. We will always inform you when your goods have been despatched. You cannot use the next day delivery service if you choose to pay by cheque.
Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery. If you require goods for a specific date, please contact us and we will try to arrange this for you (there may be a small additional cost for special deliveries).
3. Which countries do you operate your mail order service in?
Unfortunately, at present, we are only able to deliver to the United Kingdom. Feel free to register with our website if you are outside of the UK and wish to receive further information about our products.
4. If I have any questions about my order, who can I contact
Our office is open Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm and our sales staff can be contacted on 01202 859059 during these hours. Please ensure you mention you are a mail order customer and you have ordered over the internet as we use a different system for online shopping than trade orders.
Alternatively, you can email weborders@bombcosmetics.co.uk and ask any questions you may have. We will endevour to answer your question within 24 hours although please bear in mind we are not open on weekends.

Questions About Bomb Cosmetics
1. Do you really make all of your products by hand and why would you want to do this?
At Bomb Cosmetics, we make all of our products by hand. This gives us great flexibility for our manufacturing, particularly in our quality control as every product we make is 100% inspected at every stage of manufacture.
We believe our cosmetics are the finest in the world and we aim to ensure that you are as happy with your purchase as we are when we make them!
2. Do you test any of your products on animals?
We do not test any of our products on animals and operate a fixed cut off date policy for the testing of raw materials on animals. For more information about our ethical policies please click here
3. Do you sell your products abroad?
Our products are available for sale in about 40 countries throughout the world including America, Germany, Spain, Russia, China, South Korea, Australia and Taiwan.

4. I am a shop owner in the UK or Germany and want to stock your products. How do I order?
We supply direct to store in the UK and Germany. You can download our trade brochure by clicking here or alternatively we can send a copy in the post. A range of display stands and promotional material including posters, carrier bags and gift wrap materials are available to brand your store in our corporate identity.
